Working at my open house this week I am meeting and greeting people who are hoping to find that perfect house – the one they can make their own!
There is no doubt that the spring market is here – on 2/2, the ground hog said it would be so. Since the beginning of February there have been 14 sales most of which were under $700,000. One in the low $800’s one in the high $900’s and one just over $1.2M.
