Springtime – a time for new beginnings – for me it’s a time for NEW LISTINGS and hopefully lots of sales activity. While I work year round and I list and sell plenty of houses in the dead of winter, the heat of summer and even during the week between Christmas and New Years, this is this time of year when three out of four of my appointments are with potential sellers.
One of the things I like best about my job is that while the transaction process is always the same, the players are always different and two deals rarely play out in the same manner. I joke around that I use my Psychology degree from Rutgers every day, it couples nicely with my Information Technology experience in project management, business analysis and sales. These career paths from my early days dovetail perfectly to help me to get the deal done – with an objective view that allows room for my clients to feel that their needs are met, their motivations are considered and their memories are preserved.
I really enjoy my job and I hope that shines through when I meet you in your kitchen to talk about your real estate needs. While I sell close to two dozen homes a year, I recognize that you might sell only one home every two dozen years.
