The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) announced that its new mortgage rules will now go into effect on Saturday, Oct. 3, and not on Aug. 1 as originally planned.
The Know Before You Owe mortgage disclosure rule, also called the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures rule (TRID), requires easier-to-use mortgage disclosure forms that clearly lay out the terms of a mortgage for a homebuyer.
The registration deadline for the Weichert, Realtors 15th Annual Golf Outing on August 20, in Bedminster, N.J., is July 31. All proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society to benefit breast cancer research.

There are also several non-golfer options for the same $399 donation: a three-hour spa treatment, a golf clinic for novice to advanced golfers and the Member-for-a-Day package.
