It seems to me that the Spring market hasn’t let up yet! If you are considering selling your Basking Ridge home, I can tell you that inventory levels are somewhat low and there is still plenty of buyer activity. The caveat to that is that buyers are still behaving as if they have the upper hand in the negotiation.
