This number gives us an idea of how quickly the market is moving and whether it is favoring buyers or sellers. We come up with this number at several levels. Below is based on ALL sales in a given town. When we are looking at a particular property we calculate the rate based on criteria similar to that particular home. We review price range, property type, condo, single family; etc.
