“What a busy summer! I’ve taken on some new properties and said goodbye to a few others. But that’s okay! It means I took care of a need for an owner whose home was on the market, making sure it was safe during that time period or helping them prep it for sale.
I also helped a new home owner get a ton of work done before they moved in – painting, koi pond repair, window repair, new HVAC systems and hot water heaters, dryer vent repair and cleaning, pest control, new garage openers – you name it, it feels like I did it!
