Spring is in the air, no wait, it’s 85 degrees, maybe summer is here already? Oh well, no matter… I have been SO busy these last few weeks. I’m here to tell you that there are buyers looking at homes. And, some are even making offers! Yes, it’s true. I have one deal that came out of attorney review on Thursday and will be inspected next week and another one just waiting for final signatures before starting attorney review. I also have at least one listing that has two parties circling and getting ready to make an offer. Plus in doing some due-diligence for another potential seller I discovered that there is an agent in my office who will JUMP as soon as the lockbox goes on because they have a ready, willing and able buyer…. So, don’t let the start of the summer season dissuade you from putting your house on the market. Real Estate may be seasonal, but that doesn’t make we can’t sell a house in the summer time!

My featured open house is for a listing that will be signed today! I can’t share the address just yet, I want to wait until the sign is in the ground – but it’s a three bedroom ranch on almost an acre in a location very close to downtown. Last time it was on the market there were three bidders… I have every reason to believe that that might happen again!
