I had a broker’s open house this morning at my new listing on Tamarisk Court in Basking Ridge. I was pleasantly surprised when I counted the cards — over 40 agents walked through (My children were disappointed that there weren’t any sandwiches left over!) I assumed that many people would be on vacation and that I might get a little lonely. Hardly the case at all! We have even already had three showings – with a second visit scheduled for tomorrow!
