The verdict is in: The real estate market has turned around and home prices are rising consistently. Statistics have shown this to be true over the past several months, but recently all of the major sources have come on board.
This includes the Case-Shiller Home Price Indices, which typically lag several months behind the other reports. According to Case-Shiller’s most recent statistics, both its 10-city and 20-city composites showed positive year-over-year returns for at least the fourth consecutive month.
