Review November Sales in both Basking Ridge and Bedminster. November was a slow month – everyone recovering from Sandy, some delayed closings, etc. Gearing up for the holidays, you’d think that means slowing down for work, but I’ve been on several listing appointments and I have two scheduled this week. People are getting ready for the Spring – remember, it starts earlier than you would think. If you can swing it, list in January instead of waiting for April! Call me and we can come up with a plan.
