Basking Ridge is sitting at less than 4 months of inventory! That’s incredible. There are 195 active listings, there were 53 contract sales in the last 30 days. That’s 3.66 months.
I listed two townhouses in the last five days – between the two of them we reviewed eight offers. I am telling you, if you own a three bedroom townhouse in the Hills and are even thinking about selling, you might want to do it NOW. Interest rates are incredible, inventory is low. It’s a great time to sell – and a great time to buy!
