Basking Ridge Market Update

We are definitely seeing an uptick in activity – inventory is down because many home sellers and buyers are sitting tight until the Covid-19 crisis has passed. Low inventory typically means that we are in a seller’s market. I’m not prepared to make that statement – BUT I am prepared to tell you that we have had more showings scheduled for both buyers and sellers in the last week than we have in the last month. A price reduction on one of our listings certainly contributed to the increase in showings – with this level of activity I wouldn’t be surprised if we see an offer soon.

Unemployment, executive orders, crazy headlines, lines at the supermarket, toilet paper and chicken breasts in short supply…. It’s no wonder that many people are scared, anxious and stressed out. Indeed, there is some scary stuff going on, but the media and the facts don’t always tell the same story. … Take some time to watch this update and send me a note back with questions and comments.
