It’s August, a notoriously slow time in the real estate business. A sign of good times to come is the fact that the majority of my appointment over the last few and the next few weeks are LISTING APPOINTMENTS. That means that there are homeowners out there getting ready to put their homes on the market. I am only one of many top producing agents in our area. If I am going on several listing appointments each week I am sure that others are too.
It might still be brutally hot out there but the FALL market is right around the corner! I expect there to be an uptick in listing inventory after Labor Day.
So, get to the beach and the water parks – beat the heat and get ready to go house hunting in September!
