The March issue of NJ Monthly features a special advertising section highlighting the 2011 Five Star Real Estate agents – I’m on page FS-9. This select group of agents represents only 2% of licensed agents in NJ and is based on survey results which asked recent home buyers to evaluate their agent based upon nine criteria: customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparatino and overall satisfaction. Only original surveys in their specially designed envelopes were accepted as valid – so there was no ballot stuffing!
