Patience!! We will close, I promise.

The storm has really messed with our calendars. But all of my pending deals that were waiting for lender re-inspection have been re-inspected! Now we have to wait for the attorneys to be able to fit them into their calendars. Luckily none of them are contingent offers and in two of them the buyers are already occupying the property. In the one of them the house is vacant and the new owners are renting so the delays while frustrating aren’t really putting anyone out. I understand that Fannie Mae is being lenient on rate locks too. So – – a little patience and in a few weeks everyone should be settled!

In the mean time, here is a sneak peek at which homes HAVE closed since the storm:

  • 312 Penns Way – listed for $214,900, sold for $205,500
  • 124 Penwood Road – listed for $639,000, sold for $644,000 (over asking!)
  • 38 Hansom Road – listed for $699,000, sold for $675,000 (my listing!)
  • 103 Fieldstone Road – listed for $835,000, sold for $815,000
  • 22 Keats Road – listed for $1,249,000, sold for $1,181,000
