With two Basking Ridge listing appointments this weekend and another two scheduled for this evening, I’m hopeful that we’ll start to see some new inventory on the market sooner rather than later. Traditionally we start to get busy in early January with more and more new listings each week through April and May. It’s after Superbowl Sunday that we really start to see things move.
I have several active buyers looking for homes at different price points in different areas:
- Basking Ridge center hall colonial with 4 bedrooms and a yard for the kids and a dog – under $800,000
- Three bedroom townhouse with basement in the Hills, preferably Hamilton Woods or Hamilton Ridge
- Basking Ridge – three or four bedroom home, hopefully updated, in the $500,000-$600,000 range
- Three or four bedroom single family home in Parsippany or one of the Hanovers – $400,000 range
