In our line of business, January is the unofficial start of the Spring Market – a time when prospective buyers resume their home search and prospective sellers reach out to discuss what they should be doing to get their homes ready to be put on the market for the spring season.
I have found time and again that buyers are ready before sellers when it comes to the start of the spring market. This year is no different. My team’s calendar is currently top-heavy with buyer consultations and like many others, we are finding that there is little to no inventory for these buyers to see!
