Weichert, Realtors donated $80,000 to the American Cancer Society for breast cancer research from the proceeds raised during its 14th annual charity golf event and banquet. Since the inception of the annual fundraiser, Weichert has donated more than $730,000 to the American Cancer Society.
The event was held at Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club in Bedminster, N.J., and included a buffet luncheon, 18-hole golf tournament and a post-tournament awards banquet. The more than 200 participants were inspired by breast cancer survivor Jennifer Blanchard from the Basking Ridge office, who shared her story of survival and encouraged attendees to make generous contributions toward the cause so that others like her may successfully finish their fight with cancer.
Numerous companies and organizations sponsored Weichert’s charity golf outing. Among them were top sponsors Radian Guaranty and UNIRISC & Executive Movers Service.
