Good morning! So happy to have just put three kids on the school bus – one of the first “normal” things we have done in quite some time given the aftermath of the storm.
October sales have been posted on my Basking Ridge Real Estate website. I assume that most the end of October closings have been pushed to mid-November so it looks like it was a light month and averages might be a little skewed.
The fall market definitely took a hit – maybe it will be extended rather than halted – we still have some time to get some sales in before the holiday season!
