Have I really let almost two weeks pass without a post? That is probably the BEST sign of how busy the market is here in Basking Ridge. Seriously, I have been really busy – with three properties under contract, new buyers and several listings on the market and getting ready to list, it’s been hard to take time out to update my blog.
